• You are familiar with examples of data protection violations, in particular when using algorithms from the area of machine learning / artificial intelligence such as profiling or automated decision making, and the ethical and legal risks involved in using such algorithms.
• You are familiar with regulatory approaches to data protection in the context of Big Data and constructive data protection mechanisms.
