Studying

Students acquire sound knowledge of the following areas:

  • Central topics of data-driven innovation such as generating and collecting data through smart technologies like the Internet of Things (IoT) and mobile computing and how these innovations drive automation and connectivity across industries.
  • Advanced data analysis, predictive modeling, and visual analytics, with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs). Students learn to build machine learning pipelines and interpret complex datasets for data-driven roles.
  • Architecting cloud-native applications with a focus on containerization, serverless technologies, and scalable infrastructure and learn how multi-cloud strategies are redefining business agility and innovation in an interconnected world.
  • Strong fundamentals in IT project management, IT controlling, cybersecurity, requirements engineering, and enterprise architecture management needed for leading in fast-evolving IT landscapes, ensuring security, scalability, and sustainability.
  • Soft skills to complement technical expertise through effective communication, team leadership, and strategic sales techniques to succeed in roles requiring cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Through the Project Study and the implementation of an independent study project (project studies on current topics), the learning objectives cover all six levels of the cognitive field: knowing, understanding, applying, analysing, synthesising and evaluating.
