• You will have developed the content of a given topic and carried out a project within the framework of this topic.
• You are able to apply and implement your knowledge of current scientific standards in research-oriented projects.
• Together with a practical partner from business or administration, you and other students, preferably as a small team, will have successfully completed a practical and thus also application-oriented task.
• You have the ability to organise a team, identify problems, find solutions and present them.
• Within the framework of this practical project experience, you will have learned to successfully solve realistic tasks from the corporate context.
• You are familiar to assess and further develop your team and leadership skills, especially when working on the organisational system as well as in transformation processes.
